Our Story
FIE Logistics was born out of a dream—and built on grit, love, and a deep respect for the construction industry.
Isheka Flood had built a successful career in Radiology, but she always felt a pull toward entrepreneurship and the world of construction, where her husband Tyger was thriving as a CDL driver, skilled mechanic and general contractor. Together, they envisioned something greater: a family-owned logistics company that would deliver not just materials—but reliability, integrity, and long-term partnerships.
In 2016, Isheka took a bold leap. She stepped away from her medical career to fully invest in building FIE Logistics alongside Tyger. Since then, they’ve hauled for a wide range of projects across North and South Carolina—including work on the expansion of the Charlotte Douglas International Airport.
Today, their growing team continues to operate with the same values they started with: service, safety, and legacy. At FIE Logistics, every load moved is one step toward building something meaningful—not just for clients, but for the next generation of their family.
